30 mil implant versus 25 days training. Go for the implant. I have my Macks down to 223 seconds in Empire (if I remember correctly), but that includes a gang leader bonus. Of course we get a little better with a Rorq in tow.

Could be that the lab has had a job running been taken offline and the put online again. I would suggest that you offline the lab, unanchor it and then set it up again. It's a kind of refresh button that takes an hour

What I do is to put the BPO in a Corp hanger at the station and run it as a corp job. Make sure you have scientific networking 1 and the BPo is in the same system as the PoS.

The trick is the CPU You need Electronis 5 and the KMB-50 Implant of course, you can;t fit much else, but it does the job.
